What threads were you having an issue with Madame?

For some reason, you guys have the default setting of seeing threads only posted in the last day...

I just changed it in my cp.

Sorry 'bout that...we just changed over to VB from phpbb and I haven't read the entire owner's manual yet. Thanks for bringing it to our attention though, it will be rectified.

to fix this, i think you can do this:

          log in
change the settings for the forums
and thus it should be fixed

          not sure tho

This is NOTHING like phpbb...otherwise it would have been fixed as soon as I read Madame's post. *still looking....*

sorry, i was in a hurry to write, (damn nature, always calling me at a bad time) i meant to be suggesting arsenic change the settings at the bottom of the forums while logged in, i believe that is what i had to do. sorry if i sounded a like a smartass

Man... I've been all over the admin control pages and I can't find where to change the default thread cutoff date...arg! When I do a search in the VB manual it keeps sending me to the "usercp" section, surely that's not the only place it can be changed....

                  Assraker...Heeeelp!

I love these VB forums...but holy smoke they have stuff hidden everywhere! Personally I would have put that setting under a different section, but YOU FOUND IT!

Phpbb is soooo simple compared to this, but I'm still glad we (Assraker) did the change over. I was so tired of banning spammers I could just puke.

I changed it to reflect all posts instead of just the last 30 days.
