Looking at the screenshot he wasn't logged in, although that shouldn't matter. Looks like the file server was in a bad mood, try again Lagger all seems fine from here.

I have no idea Lagger, the log shows you were there and it looks like all the other peoples d/l log.

Try changing forum themes and see if it's something in the download page code for the Black Smart theme.
