Each time I downlode the serves pack for my other computer that runs win 98 it goes OMFGBBQ OMFG WTF BLIZZGERTBGRW PFFFT What do I do.

I didn't know Windows 98 had a service pack. Are you sure your not trying to install a service pack for the wrong OS?
