I'm not understanding how the GPU connects to the motherboard, or is that just the cooler for the GPU? Pretty trick case, with the video panel.

The GPU is using a riser cable and is mounted displaying the fans. My current case has this option as well but since I run a sound card and the fact that any extra cables have some losses, I chose not to use it. I have a Phanteks P500A. This one allows for both vertical and horizontal mounting options as well as doing both an ATX and ITX build at the same time..2 systems, 1case. But with that said, that Hyte is pretty damn cool.

LIAN LI O11 Dynamic EVO was the case my wife wanted for her build but MIcroCenter was out of them in black at the time. She settled for a NZXT H5 Elite instead.
