As far as I know,as long as you didn't post that you were leaving,(for instance,to join another clan),then yes,you should still be a member.Although,verification from Minion may be in order.

Mayhem is a member, he was voted in back in 2007. I have restored the vote thread in the member's section if anyone wants to see it.
