Old Noobie
Hey all.
Just finished registering on this fantastic site. I wouldn't have even known it existed except for my good friend Freaky 1 (Freak). Hey Freak! When I say OLD noobie I ain't lying. My birthday is in a few days and I will be the ripe old age of 55. Still playing games, still chasing women, and still doing things I shouldn't oughta'.
I love playing UT and making maps. I am just now learning a little 3D modeling that I hope to use on my next map, vCTF-???_????????. (I'm sworn to secrecy here boys.) This will be my 3rd map, (8th overall). I am now playing UT3 but my favorite map is UT04 BR-Ice Fields. My playing is a little rusty at the moment but I hope to get in some practice between all my other activities. All of my UT gaming and mapmaking is done on a Mac. I don't own a PC but I like 'em. My favorite music is Rock & Roll. I used to play a Les Paul guitar and a fender Bass in a band when I was younger...I'll repeat...when I was younger. I guess I'm just a hippie from the 70's who refuses to grow up. Nothin' wrong with that.
Freaky has told me of the great folks here at HTM. I hope I meet you all. So long.
BTW- Don't let the name BullyBob fool you. I ain't a bully and my name ain't Bob. I was watching "Armageddon" one night starring Billy Bob Thornton, (a hometown boy), loaded as usual, and was registering on a web site, the name of which I shall not mention, and typed in BullyBob as a user name. The rest I can't remember..or rather...the rest is history.
