Whew! I'm glad your name ain't Taxes. Otherwise you'd have to stay off the site during the first half of April.

Bide your time, play with the HTM members as often as possible, let them get to know you, and you might be lucky enough to be given the password(s) to the other servers.

Hey man, don't worry about the skill level. I'm probably the most skill-less member here. It scares me to play these guys most of the time cause they know how to whup ass. Its almost like playing a bunch of cheaters (no seriousness intended, we don't like cheaters here). I should be playing a lot more to help boost my skills but I keep getting sidelined. I'll get back to it soon.

Here's a tip to improve your skills if you play/practice using the single player mode:

1. Set your Bots to the Godlike setting. Using the Bot Roster, select 5 or 6 bots per team. Adjust the Bot skills settings to ABOVE 60% for each, varying some settings above that.

2. Add the Speed mod and set it to about 1.5 times faster than normal.

3. No matter how much or how soon you get eliminated, or how frustrated you get with the Bots killing you, just keep coming back for more. Your skills will improve.


This is about the speed/ skill level our members play at by my reckoning. But remember, human players are a whole lot better and much more unpredictable than Bots.
