3SPN Version Rolled Back On HTM Servers

So with all the issues with the player stats not working I decided to roll back (way back) the version of 3SPN on our servers. I went through about 8 versions until i found the last one that logs serverside. I believe all the updates after this version were mainly Freon related and should not affect us.

The current version (3SPNv3191CW) logs the player stats on the server itself and does not rely on a remote server administrated by someone else to work. It may take some time to rebuild the database, but it will be more accurate, only include those who play on our servers and never go down as the remote server has over and over.
