X-Fi patch for 2k4

SB has a x-fi patch for 2k4. Only bummer they put it in with the 3369 patch.Sounds pretty kool.

It's on their home page,I've never seen it before and neither had the Gen who sent me the link.

Well that might be because you never had an x-fi before, there has been a patch out for quite some time. I"ll check filefront to see if there was any new additions.

The Gen has though and had looked before to fix some probs he had.

The sound is completely different than the normal eax.

This thing is retarded, I like the new sounds but they didn't change the shock rifle so it sounds all flat now. Plus it broke my music in H/W 3D + EAX mode. Not that I have music turned on but sometimes I listen to it whilst playing bots.

I ended up getting rid of it because of the problems,mainly the pub chan won't work at all.

How did you uninstall it? Or did you just re-install ut2k4 all together?

I think I just redid the last patch.It's been awhile but haven't reinstalled anything since I got this machine.
