Server flaky tonight

A few of us were on Sanc after 11:00PM EDT and everything was running smoothly. TRP joined the server and we noticed that immediately pings shot up and the game became unplayable. Even after a stop/start it was about the same. Tried Asylum and it was skipping too.

I just took a look at the server CPU and memory usage and all looks normal at this time. I sent you a PM that may help diagnose things if it happens again.
