Destined there are several programs that will do this. I have always used Fraps.

I use NVIDIA Shadowplay. I take absolutely no hit in performance when playing UT2004 at 5120x2880.

Records perfect 4K60fps gameplay.

If you stream with it, the program downscales the stream to 1080p60fps if your resolution is higher than 1080p so you can still get to play at the resolution you wish.
