Ok,gotta deal on a tower for the daughter.Damn Vista! Installed her wireless card,updated to Vista drivers.It has local connection only.How the hell do I fix this?

Did the card come with a driver disk?

Have you checked Windows Update or the vendor website for updated Vista drivers?

Do yourself a favor, wipe it. I'm wiping Vista Ultimate from a new HP laptop as I type this. Good thing I have a spare copy of XP-Pro around.

Well that was the next plan.I used the driver disc then updated the drivers for vista from the netgear website.
