Unhinged (and ]HM[Tic) brought to my attention to check the log... ops:

I'm not going to post it however it looks like both sides took a couple jabs. I don't think either were bad enough for a ban at this time.

Just want to let everyone know that doesn't already. Were not going to condone talking smack about another persons gameplay. Its frustrating enough to have a good player kickn your butt without having them say "owned" afterwards.

I know this is how its done on most Tam servers but thats why we started this one.

From the original post made, I thought the situation was a lot worse than this. But it is your server and if you don't want him to come back, we will respect that. Maybe its me but I really don't see anything that got out of hand here.

The ban was added before recognizing we had a log. After I read the log I came to the same conclusion you did Unhinged and removed the ban.

I have played with "Remix"...or whatever his name of the day is and have never had any issues. I'm sorry that this particular evening became an issue. BTW..you guys change names like I change socks!

Anyway,I hope this thread just goes to show the real reason that server is called "sanctuary". Lunch put this up so we could have a peaceful enviornment to kill each other, well that just doesn't sound right now does it?

Sorry everyone and sorry the logs don't show it. It was going on before the DM-Onion map and then once on onion before I finally asked him why he was saying ownt.

It wasn't just what was in the chat log it was the way he was fragging.

I never meant for it to go this far or for anyone to be banned. If anything I think I said ban me for a week, maybe I let it get to me too much.

It was the way that he was saying he turned off zounds, and zounds definitily had been disabled when I know it was running on that server the day before.

Would the logs show when and who disabled it?

Anyway thanks to all the admins for going through all the trouble. I wasn't requesting a ban or anything like that I was simply questioning the name of the server "Sanctuary" because it seems that non HTM people can get in. Like me for example, I was invited though after asking about the password.

No one seemed to know this guy, he was acting like a tard as mentioned above, and he didn't start wearing the ]HM[ tag until the Grendelkeep loaded. To the best of my recollection that's how it went down.

It is possible that some one else had said ownt and I bit the head off of the last person to say it. But I know I saw ownt more than once.

Again sorry for causing all of this, this was supposed to be a simple vent about the server name "Sanctuary" and that anyone seems to get in.

Your having brought this to our attention is appreciated Cunning, no need to aplogize. As far as anyone getting in...that is not true. There are a handful of clans that have access to that server, all of them are part of the founding clan core at communityreload.com.

The ]HM[ clan is one of those members, however they differ from HTM in the respect that they are a competition clan where we are not. You must remember that not all TAM players hide like we do and actually play the "taunt" game. I'm sure Remix didn't realize he was out of that element.

Remix came into TAM it all to hell tonight and apologized. I think we are all on the same page now regarding these matters...so let's go play some UT!
