You should have an nVIDIA Corporation Folder. Hit Start, Click All Programs and browse for the folder. In the folder you should have nVIDIA PhysX Properties. If not, the control panel is in your Windows\SysWOW64\physXCompatCpIUI.exe

This is what happens when I (and I imagine Freak will too) get when I hit the PhysX properties panel (Top window) It says to configure GeFORCE PhysX Settings in the Nvidia control panel (bottom window) But the only option is GPU PhysX processing. The Driver you linked gave me the option to select the Ageia from the same window you shown in your post. The latest driver does what you see in the pic. This is more confusing than it should be. I am not sure if my Ageia card is just sitting there or if it is doing something.

Zen was able to answer my previous problems with the nvidia control panel and the physX control panel. Freak, go into your nvidia control panel and disable GPU physX. Then, hit start\all programs and click the nvidia corporation folder. Select nvidia physx properties, click the settings tab, then select Enable Ageia PhysX Acceleration and you should be good to go. That way, your physX card does all of the physX, while your card can fully focus on rendering instead of the gpu doing both and your physx card is just sitting there. You end result should look like the pic, where GPU physX is disabled in the control panel and ageia physX acceleration is enabled. *Note the physx GPU in the nvidia control panel makes the GPU do the physics, not the ageia card thus it needs to be set this way.

**A big thank you to Zen for this fix, and a big thank you to Minion for getting our physx cards working again!***

No,do you have to install old xp drivers first then update?

Tried to install old drivers & it said this is not xp you fool.lol Can't install any of the old xp drivers. I believe by searching threads these cards are obsolete now anyway,it's built in the nvidia cards from the 8 series up.

2k4 seems to run better for me in the xp mode. That patch was before win7 & has some glitches for me especially the sound & my mouse.

Seems it doesn't like my sb fx card either, lost the front channels altogether even with the latest drivers.Head set is fine.

Was burning a movie in win7 & noticed I couldn't do the things I could with xp,like still play a game while burning.Another resource hog? What is nice win7 dvd maker will convert avi to dvd.I did some changes to what I was converting from & to,it did drop the cpu usage down far enough I could do other things like in xp.There seems to be a lot to learn about this os & probably more by the time it's final.

I thought Forefront was only for Exchange Server?

It is for an exchange servers, but it also includes a client install that scans to keep the client clean. I had to install for my corp network, but it can run independent of the server as well.
